Buyout Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment Policy

  • The Buyout Fee deposit is required upon booking to secure your reservation

    • 3 Hour Package:​

      • Monday-Thursday: $500​

      • Friday: $1,500

      • Weekend & Holidays: $2,500

    • 4 Hour Package:

      • Monday-Thursday: $900​

      • Friday: $2,200

      • Weekend & Holidays: $3,500

  • Minimum spend payment must be made on the day of the event at check out

  • Gift cards are not accepted as a form of payment

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation after the deposit payment is made will only receive 50% of the payment refunded

  • Deposit is non-refundable if any cancellations are made within 1 month of the event date
