Drop-Off Service Terms & Conditions

Kids City is not a licensed childcare provider but is reviewed, approved, and exempt under HRS §346-152.
Hawaii State Law allows Kids City to provide a maximum of 5 hours and 59 minutes of care per child, per week.
Kids City enforces a strict limit of 4 hours per child, per week for participation in this program.

Reservations are REQUIRED when participating in our Drop-off Service.
Walk-ins are NOT available for this service.
All bookings MUST be made by calling us at (808) 888-2700, self-booking is NOT available.
Full payment is required when booking.

ALL bookings for Drop-off Service are non-refundable.
Modifications or rescheduling may be accommodated ONLY if requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled session time.
ALL modifications or rescheduling requests are subject to availability per store location.
Late drop-offs can NOT be modified or extended to compensate for missed time.

Kids City does NOT support or tolerate verbal and inappropriate physical contact, bullying, or teasing.
Kids City and our program aim to provide a healthy, safe, and secure environment for ALL participants.
All Kids City Drop-Off Service participants are expected to follow the behavior guidelines and to interact with their peers in a positive and appropriate manner.
If unacceptable behavior is witnessed by one of our group leaders, group leaders are authorized to provide positive assertive discipline, and other appropriate strategies to guide and facilitate the appropriate behavior of our participants.
If participants' behaviors become disruptive and/or out of control, the Kids City group leader will notify the parents of the child and parents must immediately come and pick up their child.
Remaining hours will be refunded to an e-gift card and may be used for any future Kids City transactions.

A credit card will be REQUIRED upon check-in.
If late pickup occurs:
- 5 minute grace period after scheduled pick-up time, then a late fee of $1 per minute will be charged to the credit card on file.
- After 5 minutes, staff will call parents/emergency contacts a total of 3 times each.
- After 30 minutes, police will be contacted and the child will be reported as abandoned.
If an accident occurs:
- If child does NOT have a change of clothes, but one is needed, Kids City will provide the child with a NEW clothing set and a fee of $15.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.
- If a pull-up diaper is needed, a $2.00 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
