The VA Training program is a self-paced course tailored for Virtual Assistants supporting Kids City Hawaii’s party reservation and guest management operations. This training is designed to provide a thorough understanding of the end-to-end reservation process, including identifying reservation types, confirming bookings, and managing add-ons and special requests. Participants will gain hands-on knowledge of using the Venue Manager system, accurately updating the Weekly Party Finalizing Sheet, and forwarding essential information to the correct team members. The program also covers best practices for communication with guests and internal staff, ensuring that all procedures are followed for both standard and special event bookings. Emphasis is placed on attention to detail, timely responses, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. By completing this program, Virtual Assistants will be able to confidently handle party reservations, support supervisors and managers, and contribute to a smooth and enjoyable experience for all Kids City Hawaii customers.
