Field Trip Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment Policy

  • A deposit is NOT required to confirm your booking

  • Full payment is due on the day of your field trip

  • To secure your booking, this acknowledgement form must be signed and returned 30 days prior to the actual field trip date

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before your scheduled date, no cancellation fee will apply

  • If you cancel your booking within 30 days of your scheduled date, you agree to pay 50% of the full balance

  • If the cancellation fee is not paid, Kids City reserves the right to invoice the school or governing authority (e.g. the State Department of Education

  • In the event of non-payment, legal action may be pursued to collect the outstanding balance
